Ingredients
- 2 large ripe Hass avocados
- ½ lemon or lime
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Cayenne pepper

Slice the avocados, scoop out the flesh, and mash with a fork until creamy and uniform.

Press or mince the garlic and add to the avocados. Squeeze the lemon or lime into the avocado and mix well. Add the sea salt. Finish with a dash of cayenne.

Mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping.
